Fresh off their Cinderella season where they won 14 straight games to close out 2021 and bring home a real life championship to the Watermelon Day Parade, your Stanhope State Hockey Team is moving up to a higher level to join the Des Moines Summer D+ League!
Fans will recognize a lot of faces as a good majority of the championship roster returns to the ice along with a few redshirt freshmen.
Here's everything you need to know about going to the games this season:
- Games played at Metro Ice Sports Facility
- 5100 NW 72nd St, Urbandale, IA 50322
- Tailgate Starts 90 minutes before each game
- Schedule, game starts and opponents are subject to change
- Admission and Parking is FREE
- The games are Family Friendly, bring the whole gang to the game
- Cowbells provided by Local Stanhope State Alumni Association Chapters while supplies last
- Bring a sweatshirt or light jacket to the game, it's cooler inside the rink.
